Jason Cannon is a Vice President with the CB Richard Ellis Retail Services Group who specializes in tenant representation, multi-unit expansion strategies, agency leasing, land acquisition and disposition, land assemblage for development and site selection. 

Cannon has seven years of retail real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation and agency leasing and sales.  In the Tenant Representation / Site Selection specialty, Cannon provides the following corporate real estate services to major retailers: strategic planning, site selection, market research, development consulting, lease negotiation and financial analysis.   Through demographic research, retail competition studies and new development data, he provides the market knowledge necessary for executive-level decision making.  In the Sales and Leasing specialty, Cannon utilizes his experience in market research and analysis to aggressively and effectively target users for his projects taking a strategic, rather than a transactional approach.

While with CB Richard Ellis, Cannon has assisted clients such as Toys ‘R Us, Knowledge Learning Corp. (Kindercare), Au Bon Pain, Dunkin’ Donuts, Steak’n Shake, FedEx Kinko’s, Harbor Freight Tools, Hertz Rental Cars, Intercontinental Hotels, Value Place Hotels, and many others in selecting and securing new locations.  He has also assisted developer / property owner clients such as CBL, Faison, Silk and Stewart, McHolme Builders, Millcraft Industries, Walnut Capital, and others in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of retail properties and land.
