Richard Bright joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. with over 16 years of real estate experience, including extensive knowledge of both landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Richard held the title of Director at Cushman & Wakefield of California, representing such distinguished clients as Verizon throughout the Western United States and Genuity worldwide.
Additionally, Richard had a 4-year tenure as Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management with Shuwa Investment Corporation. In this capacity, Richard was responsible for the leasing of more than 4.3 million square feet of office space in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas; responsibilities included building valuation, negotiations, and due diligence for the disposition of a portfolio valued in excess of $200 million. He has been involved in such distinguished projects as the Arco Towers, Chase Plaza, and 505 North Brand.
