Brice specializes in the facilitation of lease transactions and in the disposition of office properties in the Kansas City area. Brice graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a BA in Finance and Real Estate and has completed more than three million square feet of lease and sale transactions since joining CBRE’s real estate brokerage team in 2018.
Brice has a deep understanding of the issues many occupiers and investors face and uses the full wealth of the CBRE platform to create unique solutions for his clients. He is experienced in workplace strategy development, site selection, financial consulting and is exceptionally skilled in leveraging his clients’ position in sale and lease transactions.
