Jeff Grose is the U.S. Executive Leader for Markets with the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) national platform. Mr. Grose oversees our national team of over 1,000 professionals in over 100 offices throughout the country.
Mr. Grose has over 20 years of experience in valuing a wide range of properties including Office, Industrial, Retail, Right-of-Way and Eminent Domain, as well as Corridors and more. He also has extensive experience in appraising institutional investment properties.
Prior to this division, Mr. Grose was Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for the West Division comprised of 13 states including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Hawaii.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Mr. Grose held various positions with PGP Valuation and Colliers International.
