Kevin Moosbrugger is Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s U.S. and Canada Capital Markets business. In this role, he oversees operations for the firm’s acquisition and disposition services, strategic financing solutions, and investment banking platform.
Previously, Kevin led CBRE’s Investor Client Care program across the U.S. and Canada, supporting the firm’s largest and most sophisticated investors. He coordinated cross service delivery and global coverage aligned to strategic client priorities, closely integrating CBRE’s advisory investors services across asset-, portfolio- and fund-level lifecycles.
Kevin joined CBRE in 2019 from Colony Capital, where he worked across real estate private equity, distressed credit, debt capital markets and asset management. During his tenure, he held roles in portfolio management and capital markets, with experience spanning asset- and corporate-level financing, direct lending, and the management of debt and equity portfolios across public and private investment vehicles.
